I came to Chilliwack in 1972 when I was just 10 years old. I met my husband Steve in 1978, yes, my high school sweetheart, and we have been married for over 40 years now. We have one lovely daughter, who is now also married, making us grandparents in September of 2007 and again in March of 2010. Before becoming a REALTOR® in 1987, I worked in retail management and later I was an arts council administrator.

In addition to my real estate career, my husband and I enjoy cooking together and we love good wine. Our real passion is boating the gorgeous BC and Washington islands and coastline in our power boat. My quiet obsession is with knitting and I’m working diligently to increase my skills.

I hold a strong philosophy towards giving back and have always ‘been involved’ my whole adult life. I am a past President of the BC Real Estate Association an organization which amongst other activities lobbies governments for housing opportunities for all people and the protection of property owner’s interests. After that role I was a Governor and past Chair of the Real Estate Foundation of BC, a philanthropic organization that funds healthy communities, good environmental stewardship and land use. I serve locally on the Affordable Housing Committee with the City of Chilliwack. In recent years my giving back to Chilliwack has included sponsoring four murals as part of the Chilliwack Mural Festival. Being a big advocate of the arts, it is my kind of billboard.

We support the contributions that Royal LePage makes to the Shelter Foundation. My husband Steve and I are also committed to building inclusion, acceptance and accessibility to all people in our life and in our community. We drawn to and support many individual initiatives that promote those ideals in Chilliwack and worldwide.

Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, I grew up on our family dairy farm in Abbotsford. In 2005 I married my wife Stacy and moved to Chilliwack. My wife and I are proud parents of three daughters and grandparents to three beautiful grandchildren, who bring so much joy and love into our lives.

With a background in the mental health field, as well as experience in school and hospital settings, I’ve honed my skills in collaboration and serving people with care and compassion. These skills have proven invaluable in my real estate career, where I’m dedicated to helping clients navigate the process of buying, selling, and investing in property.

Now approaching two years as a licensed agent, I have had the privilege of assisting a variety of homeowners across different property types. Each transaction brings different challenges and rewards, and together we can help you navigate the process with clarity. While I am based in Chilliwack, I am proud to serve clients and referrals throughout the Fraser Valley.

I first arrived in Chilliwack in 1994 at 19 years old, and within weeks I met the man who would become my husband; Jonathan. After a brief chapter in Calgary and Edmonton, we chose to plant our roots back in Chilliwack in 1999. More than 25 years of marriage later, we’ve built a life centered on family, community, and connection, welcoming our daughter in 2006.

Before entering real estate, I spent five years working as a legal secretary at a local law firm, an experience that sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my respect for well-run processes. I became licensed as a Realtor® in 2005, building early experience in the industry before stepping back from sales to focus on family life. During that time, I continued contributing to real estate as a Realtor assistant, staying closely connected to the work while prioritizing being present at home.

Real estate has always felt familiar to me. My father was both a Broker and Realtor®, and some of my earliest memories include tagging along to open houses and working in his office during high school. Those early experiences gave me a front-row seat to the business and planted a deep appreciation for the role real estate plays in people’s lives.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked behind the scenes as the Sold On Chilliwack Realty Team’s administrator, supporting clients, coordinating transactions, and ensuring every detail was handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. That perspective, combined with more than a decade of prior licensing experience, has given me a rare, well-rounded understanding of what it truly takes to guide clients successfully from start to finish.

Today, I’m returning to sales, driven by a renewed passion for serving clients with clarity, calm, and confidence, drawing on both my frontline and behind-the-scenes experience to anticipate needs and protect what matters most.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at Cultus Lake, where I’ve lived for the past decade. My husband and I enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with our dog, Millie, fully embracing the lifestyle that makes the Fraser Valley feel like home.
