Kelly’s high level of professionalism and efficiency actually took me by surprise. I could tell that I was in good hands after our first meeting. Kelly and her team were very realistic and upfront with me, never leading me astray or making promises that they wouldn’t be able to keep, but it became clear that they had a good grip on the market and how to go about getting my house sold as quickly as possible. Still, Kelly never put me under pressure to perform or make things happen any quicker than I was able to, working entirely within my budget and time frame. She took my suggestions or objections seriously and only did what I was comfortable with.
The thing that set Kelly aside from many other REALTORS® was the virtual tour that they set up for my house. She coached me in preparing and staging my house for the photo shoot and also for the public viewings. This took months as I had some serious decluttering to do, as well as some repairs that had to happen first. Again, I never felt pressured by them to make it happen any faster. The day they staged my home professionally was a turning point – they came bearing boxes and bins of décor, throws, pillows, curtains, etc., and turned my home into something that was magazine worthy. I would have bought it myself if I wasn’t trying so hard to sell it!
Needless to say, things moved quickly after that. The house sold within 10 days of being listed for the exact price that I was hoping for (and we had priced it with bargaining room in mind). She kept me posted via text and phone calls the entire time and helped me make decisions when I didn’t know how to proceed.
